My career began in the U.S. military, where I started as an E-1 and promoted to E‑6 over eight years of active‑duty service. That experience shaped my belief that disciplined execution, mission clarity, and investment in people can transform any organization.

When I transitioned into civilian industry, I carried that mindset into service, first in medical devices, then in food processing, where I learned firsthand how service teams, customers, and equipment interact in the real world. Those years in the field gave me a deep respect for the technicians, engineers, and operators who keep critical systems running every day.

Today, as Director of Lifecycle Management in the manufacturing sector, I focus on building the future of aftermarket and service strategy. My work centers on turning field insight into scalable systems, predictive capabilities, and customer‑centric programs that extend product life, strengthen operational performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

I believe the next generation of industrial success will be defined by how well companies support their equipment after the sale, through smarter service models, connected data, and teams empowered to solve problems before they become failures. My mission is to help organizations make that shift, elevating service from a reactive function to a strategic engine for growth, resilience, and long‑term customer value.
